Transactional Technology Solutions (TTS) a privately held company has developed an integrated mobile digital media and payment solution for the transportation industry. A 10.4 inch high resolution interactive touch screen will be placed in the back seat of participating Taxi's and Limousines. The simultaneous broadcast of Sports, Entertainment, News, Market Updates, Weather and Television programming will keep the viewer informed, engaged and entertained during every ride. The integrated unit provides a number of different payment solutions to the end user including debit, credit, private label cards and cash. All financials are processed through Moneris, Canada’s largest processor of debit, credit and gift cards. The ITN unit contains an Interac certified pin pad and is compliant with current financial regulatory requirements.

The automated passengers information monitor (PIM) is activated with the touch of the fare button and ends upon completion of trip. Stopping the fare meter immediately prompts payment options on the touch screen. The customer is able to transact their fare from the back of the taxi or limousine with the driver providing only the receipt.

Advertisers will have the opportunity to target a captive audience utilizing a unique Out-of-Home advertising vehicle that accesses both local and transient audiences. By nature of the Taxi and Limousine Industry advertisers will have 24/7 access to their intended audience with day part and GPS advertising capabilities. ITN’s touch screen device enables the measurement and reporting of consumer usage and therefore can verify impressions and exposure.
